     MAKE THE INTENTION TO FAST

        EVERY MORNING .

   Prophet Muhammad ( peace

  and blessings of Allah be upon

   him ) said , " Whoever does not

   resolve to fast before dawn 

    ( Fajr) , he has no fast . " 

        (Abu Dawood )
